SentientRegistry is a SimpleDataStore that keeps one SentientEntry per sentient: its public key, where its hive is, and, for a shadow sentient, the stored passphrase that mounts its hive with no prompt. A secured sentient has a passphrase that only the user knows. Node creates one registry at startup and stores it as sentient_registry.json in the node's base directory.
The registry also records device ownership (§DA-5). The first sentient to call claimDeviceOwnership() becomes the owner, and later calls fail. An allowance counter, which only the owner can raise, controls the creation of new sentients. consumeAllowance() takes one slot and fails when none is left.
UI code asks securityFor() whether a sentient is shadow or secured, instead of reading the passphrase fields itself.
