RateCalculatorLogger Struct

Detailed Description

The struct lets more than one logger sample the rate of one RateCalculator, each with its own interval, without changing the calculator's own counters. It holds the time of its last sample, its interval in milliseconds, the packets counted since that sample, and the packet and byte rates per second from the last sample.

The private RateCalculator::log() fills these fields when the interval has passed. No code calls it at present, so the struct is not in use.
