Detailed Description

Plan represents a single OPAL script that defines agent behaviors. Plans have a name, unique ID, content (the OPAL code), and timestamps for creation and last modification.

It is thread safe. PlanBook gives out shared pointers to its plans, and the owner changes them in place while the AsyncStore worker of the book calls toVariantMap() on its thread. One mutex guards every field.
