Detailed Description

The registry supports lazy registration — each library registers its OTs when first needed, not at app startup. Late registration is supported.

Re-registration of the same OT instance by name is idempotent. Registering a different OT instance under an already-registered name triggers Q_ASSERT in debug builds and logs a critical warning in release.
