    Detailed Description

    Wraps a TroveProjectManager (one isolated engine per project) as a Node service, mirroring DirectorateService. It owns the shared collaborators the engines cannot make for themselves — a DriverManager with the terminal-driver factory (§DR-4.1) and a WallTriggerClock (schedulers + shared spawn gate, §OR-5/§PR-2.3).
