Detailed Description
Composes the shared EntitySelectionList primitive introduced by §IM-3 Phase 4. Enumerates the active sentient session's NodeStore.
Sort order is by per-node folder mtime — see implementation.md Phase 8b for the persisted-lastUsed follow-up. Folder mtime is good enough for now: every node identity activation touches files inside identity/, and a freshly-created node sorts to the top because its folder was just written.
Pops ["selected", nodeId] (the bare 64-char NID hex) or ["create-new"].
