The Lanyard's post-§LM-3 shape is at most three controls:
* Bare-glyph hive button on the left, visible only when a hive is mounted. Clicking pushes HiveLobbyActivity. * Sentient IdentityButton — green border, identicon + display name. Clicking pushes SentientLobbyActivity (or HiveMountActivity if no hive is mounted yet). * Node IdentityButton — blue border, identicon + display name. Clicking pushes NodeSelectionActivity.
No caret / dropdown — sentient and hive switching live in their respective lobby activities.
