Provides a consistent UX pattern for managing a list of items backed by a Book: a list view with New, Rename, Duplicate, Delete, Import, Export, Refresh and optional template / extra-action buttons. Subclasses override the virtual methods to provide type-specific behavior.
Items are keyed by an opaque string id (whatever the underlying Book uses). For managers where the id is also the user-visible label (presets, boards, actuator/sensor/lobe types, stanzas) the defaults suffice. For managers where the id is opaque and the label lives elsewhere (e.g. UUID-keyed serial connections with an editable name field), override itemLabel() and the canRename / promptNameOnNew / openEditorOnNew hooks.
Items can be marked as built-in (read-only) — the UI disables create/rename/delete for built-in-only managers.
