IntInput builds its row from a ParameterInputConfig: a label, one DragNumber that holds the value, and a button that resets the value to the configured default. The DragNumber snaps every dragged or typed value to whole steps, shows no decimals and shows the unit as a suffix. It clamps to the configured minimum and maximum when the configuration gives them.
valueChanged() reports each change the user makes, rounded to an integer, and a reset. setValue() changes the value without a signal.
