Layout: Left — 256×256 preview widget + optional extras row + 4×8 grid of random-ID thumbnails. Clicking a thumb emits idChosen(id) so the shared header line edit above the tabs can sync every tab. Right — scrollable slider panel: one row per schema parameter (override checkbox, name, slider, value). Slider drag auto-enables the override; unchecking restores the hash-derived value.
The tab does not own the preview or thumb widget types — it takes construction callbacks so the same shell drives the sentient face, node identicons, and iris alike.
