Extracted from the (now-removed) HiveProgressActivity so the orchestration can live outside the UI activity stack. Each calling activity owns one of these and uses the unified MessagePromptActivity in spinner mode for the visible progress. When the operation finishes the controller emits mountFinished / deleteFinished and the caller pops its spinner with the appropriate result tokens.
The controller is responsible for: - Running the blocking work on a worker thread (QtConcurrent::run). - Applying the post-operation registry/cache mutations on success. - Enforcing a minimum visible-display window so the user always sees the spinner long enough to register that work happened.
The controller emits at most one *Finished signal per call.
