Authenticate switches between five pages that each wrap one hive widget: a menu, ManageHive for login, CreateHive, TransferHive, and HiveLobby once the hive is unlocked. navigate() takes destinations of the form authenticate.<page>, where the page is menu, login, create, transfer or lobby. A successful login opens the lobby, and the lobby's lock button unmounts the hive and returns to the menu. Help is outside the widget, so it emits navigateRequest() for the host to handle.
Call hiveChanged() with the current Hive, setSettings() and setEntropy(). The widget passes them on to the pages that need them.
HiveAuthenticateActivity creates the widget as its child.
