AgentConfigStore extends SimpleDataStore to provide persistence for AgentConfig data. It handles loading and saving the Agent's controller, stanza, and other settings.
It is thread safe. The AsyncStore worker calls fromMap(), toMap() and fromDefault() on its thread while the Agent uses the store on its thread. A mutex guards the pointer to the config, and AgentConfig guards its own fields.
